Having worked on a busy NHS maternity unit for several years, I understand the ins and outs of the maternity system, in what circumstances things go well and when things could be done differently- and am here to guide you through.

Refresh Hypnobirthing Course £215
1 x 3 hour session
- Bespoke refresher session, recapping the tools of hypnobirthing and any specific antenatal info you need.
- Only suitable for people who have completed an in person hypnobirthing course in a previous pregnancy.

Walk & Talk
A one to one session, antenatally or postnatally to discuss a change in plans, birth preferences, fears or concerns, share your birth story or just ‘check in’ in the final weeks before birth. A great option if you’ve attended our group course or joined us online.
In person (at a mutually agreed location). 1.5-2 hours £145
