If you know you need the accountability, nuance and personalised support that 1-1 sessions bring, you’re in the right place!

How can we work together?

  • If you’ve completed or are working through The Birth-ed Method, but need a little helping hand to wor things through, this is for you. 90 minute to chat through anything you need.

    (Some examples of what we can explore: VBAC or Planned Caesarean, Antibotics for Group B Strep, Home Birth or Hospital Birth, Birth choices after a tear or bleed, birth debrief after a difficult experience. )

  • Questionaire on Booking (reviewed by Megan before the session & any research or resorces gathered to share & explore during the call)

    90 minute 1-1 session, over Zoom

    Follow up email summarising the call & links for further support/resources.

Full Course

Complete Birth-ed Method, for first time parents, in person (Surrey/SW London)

  • This course is aimed at First Time Parents or those wanting a full antenatal & postnatal course.

    You want the accountability, personalisation and nuance that comes from working with me in person. (You know you’re just not going to finish an online course!

    You live in Surrey or SW London, 30 minutes travel of KT7 (beyond this, travel is charged at £15/half hour)

  • 3 sessions (of 3 hours)

    The complete Birth-ed Method (Antenatal & Postnatal Preparation)

    Access to The Birth-ed Method online, included Course Companion, MP3s and App.

    Session take place from the comfort of your own home.

Mini Course

Bespoke Birth support for 2nd + babies, in person (Surrey/SW London)

  • This course is aimed at second time parents or those accessing antenatal classes elsewhere.

    You want to explore your first birth experience and the differences you can expect or plan for this time. You know you need the accountability, personalisation and nuance that comes from working with me in person. These sessions are suitable for planned vaginal birth, VBAC or caesarean birth.

    You live in Surrey or SW London, 30 minutes travel of KT7 (beyond this, travel is charged at £15/half hour)

  • 2 sessions (of 3 hours)

    Completely bespoke birth preparation (which usually includes- exploring your first birth experience including any unanswered questions or concerns, the birth-ed mindset tools (similar to hypnobirthing tools), exploring your rights and choices for this birth, recapping pain relief, birth place options etc. and putting together a birth plan.)

    Access to The Birth-ed Method online, included Course Companion, MP3s and App.

    Session take place from the comfort of your own home.
